Consumers Can Find it ALL at BeatYouThere.com
Have you ever tried to find auction listings, fsbo’s, standard real estate listings, or even celebrity homes online? It can cause you to have to visit literally dozens of websites and force you to create more accounts then you truly desire. The website of www.BeatYouThere.comhas been built by founder Mark Langowski and his group. This site was developed by a frustrated real estate investor who didn’t want to have to visit dozens of website but wanted one place to visit.
So does this website live up to the hype? We decided to take a look for ourselves and we have an interview with Mark that we think you should listen to.
Some things to think about as you listen to this interview:
- Is it worth your time as a real estate professional to use their website?
- Are consumers going to find this website of value?
- Is there enough differentiation of their product from others that they will be around 12 months from now?
What we can tell you is this: Mark and his company do care about providing value to the home buyer and the home seller wanting to know about their market and the inventory online. Is it worth your time investment? Only you can decide that and we recommend listening to the interview and let Mark tell you how they are going to make it worth your time as well.

Pretty Good interview. He sounds like a very smart CEO, he is keeping the VC’s off for as long as possible. sounds like a big idea, hope them the best.

Jason,
I agree with you. We hope that he can get as much data as possible and make sure to keep everything going. Nothing like a cool tool and a smart CEO to make things happen.

That is the key. Getting the listings. I am not an expert, but it just doesn’t make sense that all brokerages wouldn’t be giving beatyouthere or other sites like it, all of their data. they are marketing it for free. their site is easy to use , i like it, and i’m sure they will have more features out soon, i’ll be checking back…

Yeah I think the big challenge will be the data. If he can get the support of the broker community and get some great data then he will have a great portal.

Nick,
I am not sure why all brokerages aren’t beating down the doors of companies like beat you there to get their listings featured on these other sites. I always say you can’t have too much exposure for your listings.
