Is it a good time to work with buyers? For most markets across the US & our friends in Canada it most certainly is. I keep hearing that “if the banks just let the buyers the money it would be great”. I can’t change the banking industry and after watching months of news from the government I am not sure that they know how to fix the whole issue.

There is a silver (or maybe gold) lining to everything though as there are buyers who sat on the sidelines during the boom time or maybe just are now ready to buy the property they have always wanted.

There are still buyers out there who have:

  • Money for a down payment
  • Are highly motivated to and ready to act now
  • Are looking for help just about anywhere they can find it

Sometimes you just have to know where to look for buyers who are ready to go and ready to take action.

  1. Your past clients - Ask them for help and if they know anyone who is looking right now. This is a great time for some, others maybe not, but if you have been waiting or are an investor this is your time.
  2. The Internet - You were already here so you knew that and if you aren’t getting at least 50 leads a month and aren’t closing at least 1-2 deals a month from your website time to look at improving that. You can always do that through our free website tune-up process.
  3. Craigslist - Yes this is the place to be right now if you are on a budget. The ads are free and as long as you have a system in place you can use this system to close 2 deals a month every month.
