To all of our readers, we owe a bit of an apology.  We have been out and about and have ignored contributing posts here to our blog.  We certainly haven’t been out of the game, we have been sharing tips, methods, and techniques on real estate marketing throughout the country.

We wanted to share a little insight on what we have been up to and give you some idea of where we are going to take this blog over the next year.  The past 8+ months have been an interesting ride and we look forward to helping you get the most from your online marketing efforts.

So, what have we been up to?  Here are some of the highlights and a few of these tips, might just help you to start getting more closings today.

Real Estate Success Program - We have been working with top coach, Todd Bates, and built an online members site to help agents start closing a minimum of 2+ closed transactions per marketing system.  We integrated our best selling internet marketing systems and the best of our Buyer Scripts as well.

Real Estate Websites - We took the concept of a real estate website to a new level.  We didn’t want to build something that you paid $29/month for and didn’t get leads which meant that we built a brand new system from the ground up.  Whether you want more buyers, expired sellers, short sale leads, or even dominate your farm, you can now do that with a powerful Automated Online Marketing System.

3 Deals 45 Days Blog - During the last year we created an entirely new blog to tackle the challenges of traditional marketing and mix in online marketing.  Here my brother, myself, and even Todd Bates, will share insights and methods to help you get the most from your real estate marketing efforts.

There are a ton of other projects that we have been involved with, but we won’t bore you with that now, we just wanted to give you a taste of what we have been up to.

Oh, what’s in store for this year?

We are seeing massive changes in Social Networking and have been developing systems to make that productive.   Online video has gained HUGE momentum and we are now seeing real benefits to agents using it in their business (hint: you may see some cool information from us on YouTube and more).

Powerful marketing that works offline can work online - that’s right we will be sharing how using marketing messages and good copy can help you to absolutely dominate online.
