About me: Joseph graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in information systems. He was a consultant to Fortune 500 companies on building their IT systems. He attained is MCSD certification from Microsoft which is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions using Microsoft development tools and technologies. Joseph taught as an instructor in the Internet Technology Program at the School of Engineering at the University of Southern California for 6 years where he taught students and employees how to implement Microsoft and web technologies. Since 2004 he and his brother James have been real estate brokers helping people accomplish their goals in real estate. He developed many of the follow-up systems that are used by the Global Trust Team for Internet leads and maintains several real estate blogs. Joseph has helped guide the team to over 20 million dollars in real estate sales from the Internet every year since 2004. He also runs all of the Google Advertising for the Global Trust Team and advises others on how to improve their performance on Google Adwords.

Owning a business is much better. So do you want your business to own you or you your business? Often ones never make a choice on which to aspire or shoot for.

We are talking exactly about that here for people to make a choice of what you are going to do.

All leads are not created equal I agree. You can definitely change things with the amount of information that you require a lead(person) to submit). I am glad you brought this point up because many don’t realize that.

Less is often very much more.

More leads doesn’t guarantee that more sales will follow but NO leads will guarantee that no sales will follow. More leads combined with the right scripts will generate closed sales.

Do you know 1 person in the company or companies that you want to be in?

If you don’t check out the blogs that they might visit in online such as technology blogs and start networking there.

Also in the activities that you do there are probably people to network with on linked in if you do hiking, or biking, etc.

I am not sure why all brokerages aren’t beating down the doors of companies like beat you there to get their listings featured on these other sites. I always say you can’t have too much exposure for your listings.

I couldn’t agree with you more. People value PR more than the number of leads, appointments, and actual revenue from their websites. Last time I checked most real estate professionals (if any) get paid to have a higher PR.
