Thanks for the comment. Honestly people appreciate direction, they don’t want to think about what to ask, so if you ignore what they say and lead them down an easy road, everybody is much happier

Try Something New, You Aren’t The Only One That Struggles With It
February 23rd, 2009 at 2:41 pmReamark,
I would certainly say put a couple of social networking sites on the list to participate in. Start small though because it can be overwhelming if you join too many at once
Who cares if you were "Top Producer" get over it and start selling today
February 14th, 2009 at 7:33 pmChristian, thanks for the kind words man, we have always enjoyed sharing and will continue to do so
Tamara, I am sure there are two sides of the story for sure, and what I can’t understand is why you would let 1 instance in the past prevent you from learning more now. All of our posts concentrate on learning, applying, and truly pushing the limits so real estate professionals can get more out of their online marketing.
If you are filtering information likes ours away from your students then you are only punishing them from achieving the highest levels of success.
Get help with a Real Estate Coach
February 2nd, 2009 at 5:25 pmRight on Christian! Yeah the even more entertaining part of it all is we have all had coaches throughout our youth in Athletics, and then when we get to our own businesses many think it is unnecessary. Coaches certainly help in athletics and business for sure

Dig for more keywords with SEODigger
November 14th, 2008 at 5:27 pmGotlib,
We certainly would be interested in Beta testing your new product. I have already tried out your SEMRush product and have found the results to be pretty impressive. The quick analysis of competitors without having to suggest competitors is so far my favorite feature!

Unknown Benefits of a Sitemap
October 16th, 2008 at 12:14 amAlida,
There is a paid version of the tool, but it really is FREE. Once you input your web address and tell it to “Generate Sitemap” it gives you a few options.
One of the options is to download the XML file (which I usually choose) and then you can upload that file on your own. Just choose the option that says “Download un-compressed XML Sitemap” and you can download the file.
I hope helps.
I don't have time to Blog
September 5th, 2008 at 3:24 pmRicardo,
Right on! Especially as the industry and markets change constantly there is definitely plenty of information to share. And truth be told, it reallly doesn’t take much time to put info online so then you have a bigger group of people to share with.
Must Read Books for Success Online
August 6th, 2008 at 1:57 amThank you Kusadasi, look forward to hearing more of your feedback on our other posts as well.
Is Cuil the Next Google?
August 4th, 2008 at 8:15 pmKarlonia,
Launching software can be difficult for sure and it looks like the article on MSN must have generated quite a response along with the other media they had information out with on that day. I am glad that things got better after a few days.
Nothing spurs on things like a little competition and serious competition. I agree that having a competitor to Google can only help thing out.
Find New Keywords on your Own Website
July 15th, 2008 at 6:17 pmThanks for the great feedback. Glad you have us bookmarked and Stumbled up as we look forward to sharing more!

July 12th, 2008 at 12:23 amScott,
Glad it was helpful. Targeting the right keywords can certainly make a difference between a lackluster campaign and one that is affordable and brings in the leads!

The Bridges Brothers hit the Road for a Tour of the South Bay Area
June 25th, 2008 at 11:15 pmAs day 1 comes to a close, I just have to say the energy has been great. We had just about standing room only at Santa Cruz this morning and everyone brought some great questions!
Our afternoon in Carmel was great with just a smaller crowd they were able to get some specific answers to their questions so they could take some immediate action.
We look forward to a great day tomorrow when we hit the additional offices.
Consumers Can Find it ALL at BeatYouThere.com
June 17th, 2008 at 6:18 pmYeah I think the big challenge will be the data. If he can get the support of the broker community and get some great data then he will have a great portal.
The Obsession of PageRank
June 11th, 2008 at 11:05 pmJay,
Thanks for stopping by, nice to hear your thoughts on PR as well. I always crack up that people obsess over their PR as well as it takes away from the focus on the rest of the site, after all it is “Page Rank” not “Site Rank”
